Qiana James
Qiana is a healthcare executive with an acumen for networking and has built a solid circle of business contacts from multiple industries. She has a strong nature for coaching, mentoring, and leadership. She has a very vigorous, determined, idealistic yet bubbly personality.
She obtained her BBA in Entrepreneurship & Management from the Bauer College of Business at the University of Houston. She is a graduate of the prestigious Cyvia and Melvyn Wolff Center for Entrepreneurship, the No. 2 Entrepreneurial Programs in the US. She previously worked as a Major Account Executive for Concentra, a division of Select Medical.
Melodi Lambert
Area Vice President Sales & Operations
Melodi has been in the medical healthcare industry for over 30 years. She obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and is currently pursuing her master’s degree at Texas Southern University. Upon becoming a certified national coder and instructor for medical billing and coding, she started her freelance business in this industry in 2002.
Denisse Fuentes
HR Assistant
Denisse Fuentes was born and raised in Houston, TX. She graduated in 2013 with her high school diploma and an Associate in Science from an Early College High School. She graduated in 2013 with her high school diploma and an Associate in Science from an Early College High School. She has been a customer service specialist and a teacher aide for special education.
Ashlynn Brown
Manager of Operations – Inner Loop Houston Office
Ashlynn Brown is a dynamic professional with a diverse background and a deep passion for helping others. Born and raised in Perrysburg, Ohio, she discovered her love for basketball at a young age and went on to play college basketball while pursuing her Master’s in Business Administration at the University of Southern Indiana, graduating in 2023.
Ciera Outin
Internal Auditor
Ciera Outin graduated from Yes Prep Gulfton as Valedictorian of her class and an AP Scholar with Distinction in 2015. Since her graduation, she has dedicated her life to helping others in her Bible ministry and has proven herself an effective Administrative Assistant, achieving #1 in Customer Service before the end of her first year at Friendly Faces Senior Care.
Kristy Johnson
Manager of Operations – North Houston Office
Kristy, a Honduras native, graduated from The University of Texas with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Business Administration. She’s been in the customer service and sales industry for over 10 years. Over the course of her career, she has discovered her passion for people and relationship building.

Taylor has been a lifelong resident of the Greater Houston area where she is currently continuing her education and pursuing a degree in Nursing. From an early age, Taylor developed a caring heart and a passion to serve others. During high school, she volunteered at many mental health facilities while maintaining her academics and extracurriculars.
